Triple Chocolate Cake
Great with white icing on top and it's refrigerated! A must for chocolate lovers!!
Ingredients:
· 1 Devil's Food cake mix (with NO pudding in the mix)
· 1 small box of Jell-O Instant chocolate pudding
· 12 oz package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
· 3 eggs
· Vegetable oil or butter per cake mix
· Water per cake mix
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F for shiny metal or glass pan OR 325 F for dark or non-stick pan.
2. Grease and flour pan
3. Pour cake mix into large bowl. Add eggs, water, oil (or butter) per cake mix. Add box of pudding and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Pour into prepared pan. (Bundt or tube pan especially needs grease AND flour. Bake as noted for your pan: Bundt/tube 47-52 min; 9x13 pan 33-38 minutes. OR until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
5. Cool completely before removing from pan and before sprinkling with powdered sugar if desired.
