French Dip Sandwiches

Crockpot goodness!

 

Ingredients:

·         1 (3.5-4lb) Boneless chuck roast, trimmed

·         1/2 Cup of Soy sauce

·         1 Beef bouillon cube

·         1 Bay leaf

·         3 or 4 Whole peppercorns

·         1 Teaspoon of Dried rosemary, crushed

·         1 Teaspoon of Dried thyme

·         1 Teaspoon of Garlic powder

·         12 French sandwich rolls

 

Directions:

Place trimmed roast in a 5-quart slow cooker. Combine soy sauce and next 6 ingredients. Pour over roast. Add water to slow cooker until roast is almost covered.

Covered, cook on low 7-8 hours or until very tender. Remove roast, reserving broth. Shred roast with a fork. Place roast in rolls and serve with reserved broth for dipping.
