Chicken Pot Pie

The crust is just so good!!

 

Ingredients:

·         4 Chicken breast cooked, cut into cubes (or the meat of one rotisserie chicken)

·         1 Can of cream of celery soup

·         1 Can of cream of mushroom soup

·         1 can of cream of chicken soup

·         16 oz Bag of mixed vegetables

·         2 Sticks of unsalted butter, melted

·         1 Cup of self-rising flour

·         1 Cup of milk

 

Directions:

1. Mix chicken, veggies and soups in a large bowl. Port into a greased 9x13 dish.

2. Mix melted butter, flour and milk. Pour on top of chicken and veggie mixture.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 375.
