Chicken Casserole
Quick and easy!
Ingredients:

4 Chicken breasts cooked, cut into cubes (or the meat of one rotisserie chicken)

1 Can of Cream of chicken soup
-
8 oz of Sour cream
-
1 1/2 stacks of Ritz crackers (crushed)

1 Stick of Unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
1. Put chicken into a greased 9x13 dish
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
3. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken
4. Spread crackers over chicken mixture
5. Pour melted butter over crackers
6. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees
